• Orders: name, delivery address, phone, email, order contents, amount, payment and delivery status.
• Customer support: your messages, order number, photos or videos you attach.
• Newsletter / notify-me form: email address, language, consent date and double opt-in confirmation.
• Account (if you create one): email address and sign-in data.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, basic server logs needed for security.

• Processing and delivering orders — performance of a contract.
• Complaints, conformity, withdrawal — contract performance and legal obligation.

Payments: no online payment processor is integrated at the time of publication. When card payment is introduced, this policy will name the processor before the service goes live. We never see or store card details.

Analytics and marketing pixels: we currently do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or other tracking tools. If we add them, they will only load after your consent and this policy will be updated.

Data may be transferred outside Serbia where a processor uses servers abroad, with appropriate safeguards.

• Orders and invoices — for the statutory bookkeeping retention period.
• Complaints — at least two years after resolution.
• Newsletter — until you unsubscribe; we then keep only the unsubscribe record.
• Support correspondence — up to 2 years after last contact.
• Technical logs — short term, as needed for security.

The site currently uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage only — cart, checkout, sign-in, language choice and basic security. No analytics or marketing cookies are used.
