1. Delivery area
We currently ship within: Republic of Serbia. International shipping is not yet available.
2. Order processing
- Orders are processed on business days, excluding public holidays in Serbia.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- During launches and sales, processing may take longer; we notify you by email.
3. Delivery time
Estimated delivery: shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays or transport delays.
4. Shipping cost
Shipping cost: as shown at checkout, shown separately at checkout before you confirm and included in the total you pay. Free-shipping promotions, when active, are stated on the product page and at checkout.
5. Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email once the parcel is handed to the carrier; allow up to 24 hours for it to appear.
6. Checking your parcel
Check for visible damage on delivery; if damaged, ask the courier for a damage report and contact us the same or next day.
7. Failed delivery and wrong addresses
Parcels returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery may incur an extra shipping cost on re-shipment.
8. Lost or damaged shipments
Contact support@noxen.rs and we will open a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund depending on the outcome. See also Complaints & Conformity.
