Orders can be placed by adults with legal capacity, or by a parent/guardian on behalf of a minor.

We keep specifications, photos and descriptions accurate and current. Photos are illustrative and colours may vary slightly by display. If you spot an error in a description or price, tell us — we will not use it to your detriment.

• Prices are shown in RSD and are final consumer retail prices.
• Shipping cost is shown separately before you confirm the order.
• The trader is not registered for VAT under applicable regulations, so no VAT is charged or shown on the invoice.
• Prices may change, but the price displayed when you submit the order applies.

1. You add products to the cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Before final submission you confirm acceptance of these Terms and awareness of the Privacy Policy.
3. You receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
4. The distance contract is concluded once we confirm the order is accepted and processed.

We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if details are clearly incorrect, or in case of an obvious pricing error. We will inform you and refund any amount charged in full.

Payment methods are available in the checkout process and may include cash on delivery and/or online card payment, depending on service availability. Available options are always shown before final order confirmation.

We currently deliver within: Republic of Serbia. Processing takes 1–2 business days after order confirmation; delivery time and shipping cost are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. See the Shipping page.

As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason and without cost other than the direct cost of returning the goods. See Returns & Refunds and the withdrawal form.

The merchant is liable for lack of conformity that appears within two years of delivery to the consumer, under the Serbian Consumer Protection Act. This is a statutory right, independent of any commercial warranty.

Any commercial (manufacturer) warranty is an additional benefit and does not exclude, reduce or affect consumer statutory rights. See Complaints & Conformity.

Site content (text, photography, logos, design) is protected and may not be used commercially without our written consent. Nothing here excludes or limits consumer statutory rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Send complaints to support@noxen.rs. We acknowledge receipt without delay and reply in writing within the statutory deadline. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be resolved out of court (consumer mediation) or before the competent court in Belgrade, under the law of the Republic of Serbia.

The version of these terms in force when you submit an order applies to that order.
