Withdrawal, Returns & Refunds

14 days from the day you (or a third party you designated, other than the carrier) take possession of the goods. For multiple shipments, the period runs from the last shipment. Sending your withdrawal statement before the deadline is enough.

• Send an unambiguous statement to support@noxen.rs with your order number and contact details.
• You may use our withdrawal form, but it is optional.
• We confirm receipt by email without delay.

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal statement. Return the product complete, with accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging, safely packed.

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless agreed otherwise or the item was delivered incorrectly or is faulty, in which case we cover it — see Complaints & Conformity.

We refund everything you paid for the goods, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier. No refund fee is charged. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, we refund the standard rate.

You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — you may unbox and try the mouse as you would in a shop, but heavy use, damage or missing parts may reduce the refund.

• goods made to your specification or clearly personalised,
• sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed,
• digital content not on a tangible medium, where performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal.
