Warranty Policy

All Noxen products are covered by a [WARRANTY_PERIOD]-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a covered defect occurs, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace or refund the product.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Serbian Law on Consumer Protection (legal conformity period of 2 years from delivery).

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Accidental damage, drops, liquid exposure or extreme conditions
• Normal wear of cosmetic parts (skates, paint, cable wear)
• Unauthorised disassembly, repair or modification
• Use of incompatible accessories or non-approved chargers
• Improper storage or use outside specifications
• Loss or theft of the product

A valid proof of purchase is required for every warranty claim. Acceptable proofs include:

• Original order confirmation email from noxen.[DOMAIN]
• Official Noxen invoice (fiskalni račun)
• Receipt from an authorised reseller

Without proof of purchase we are unable to verify warranty eligibility.

1. Contact us at lmihajlovic13@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photo or video evidence.
2. Our support team will respond within [SUPPORT_RESPONSE_DAYS] business days with a diagnosis and, if approved, a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
3. Ship the product to the address provided, securely packaged. Shipping costs for valid warranty claims within Serbia are covered by Budget Gaming.
4. Once received and inspected (typically within [INSPECTION_DAYS] business days), we will repair, replace or refund the product as applicable.

For products outside the warranty period or with non-covered damage, paid repair may be offered where parts and service are available. A quote will be provided before any work is performed.

The warranty is granted to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
