1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Republic of Serbia.

4. Delivery Limitations

5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed shipment or refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery or actual delivery date at lmihajlovic13@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
